HR Executive | Leadership Development & People Growth | Remote, Independent Role (UK)

Spring Horizon is a global organisation focused on personal leadership, mindset development, and human potential. We support individuals to strengthen their leadership capabilities, build clarity and confidence, and pursue success in a way that aligns with their own values and vision.

This opportunity is designed for experienced HR and People leaders who are passionate about developing others—and who are also ready to step beyond traditional career structures to explore a more flexible, self-directed way of working.

The Opportunity

In this independent role, you will operate within the leadership and personal development space, supporting others in their growth journey while continuing to develop your own leadership, mindset, and professional capabilities.

This is not a conventional employed position. It is a self-directed, performance-based opportunity suited to professionals who value autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and are motivated by impact, growth, and personal responsibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
