Human Resources Executive

HR Executive (Part-Time)

Are you looking for a part-time role and ideally available immediately?

About the Role

  • Maintain and further develop company People policies, procedures, and processes
  • Monitor absence, sickness, and annual leave, flagging trends and supporting follow-up actions
  • Provide administrative support for Employee Relations processes and lifecycle milestones
  • Maintain accurate team records and People systems in compliance with GDPR
  • Develop understanding of People best practice and employment law, applying learnings under Senior People Manager guidance

Key Responsibilities: Training, Development & Engagement

  • Support Project Groups to embed company values in daily work
  • Contribute to wellbeing initiatives, promoting a healthy, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  • Measure employee engagement and use feedback to drive improvements
  • Assist in identifying training needs, developing, and delivering training plans

Salary & Conditions

  • Salary range: £27,000–£32,000 (pro-rated annual)
  • Hours: 24 per week (flexible scheduling: three full days, 9am–5:30pm, or shorter hours over more days)
  • Flexibility: 45-minute lunch break included; option to work from home for remaining hours
  • Location: Headquartered in South West London with hybrid flexibility
  • Benefits: Competitive basic salary, holiday allowance, and travel perks
