ROLE: HR Generalist
BASED: London Heathrow Unit, Hybrid
HOURS: 37.5
We're hiring an HR Generalist to join a high-performing people team at our gategroup Heathrow location.
You'll work directly with a Senior HR Business Partner and Recruitment Specialist, splitting your time between generalist HR support and recruitment administration.
Broad, busy, and never boring!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Admin support for ER processes - hearings, letters, case files
- Absence tracking and return-to-work support
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems using Workday
- HR reporting and management information for the Senior HRBP
- Coordinating onboarding of new starters
- Candidate communications and pre-employment checks, including airside clearances
- Supporting the Recruitment Specialist during high-volume hiring periods

- Some HR and recruitment admin experience
- Organised, accurate, and great with people
- CIPD studying or keen to move your CIPD forward - we'll back you
- Genuinely ambitious about a career in HR
