Human Resources Generalist
HR Generalist £45,000 Per Annum Stone
Macmillan Davies is delighted to be partnering with an innovative organisation to recruit a HR Generalist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives while leading learning and development across the business.
Main duties include:
- Take the lead on learning and development, driving the L&D strategy while designing and delivering training and capability initiatives across the business.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial HR solutions.
- Coach and support managers on employee relations and all people matters.
- Drive the people aspects of business change and organisational development.
- Use HR data and insights to shape proactive people initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner role.
- A solid background in learning and development.
- Excellent employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
