Our client is a fast-growing technology firm delivering bespoke solutions to clients in banking and financial services, private capital, and defence.
Their team is made up of exceptional technical specialists who thrive on applying cutting-edge technology to some of the most complex problems our clients face.
The Role
Early Careers is one of the most important talent pipelines in our client's business, and they invest significantly in making sure students and graduates get the very best experience of who they are. Our client is looking for a people-focused graduate to join the team and provide dedicated support across attraction, selection, and programme management for their internship and graduate schemes.
What You'll Do
- Help plan and deliver campus events — careers fairs, insight evenings, virtual presentations
- Coordinate logistics for university partnerships, including travel, event materials
- Manage application tracking and candidate communications, ensuring a timely, positive experience at every stage
- Schedule and coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and online testing, liaising with candidates, assessors, and venues
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics for our internship and graduate programmes — onboarding, rotations, socials, quarterly reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for interns and graduates, offering pastoral support and escalating issues where needed

Skills & Experience
- A minimum 2:1 from a leading research-intensive university, with a minimum AAA at A Level (or international equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills — warm, clear, and professional, whether in writing or in person
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once
- Experience in events, recruitment coordination, careers services, or student union work is a strong plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS is helpful but not essential
