HR is evolving rapidly, and technology sits at the centre of that change. We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Systems Specialist to join our HRIS team and support the day-to-day running of our Workday platform.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR systems support, a key contributor to reporting and data accuracy, and a close partner to our wider HR and Operations teams. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills who enjoys continuous improvement and building a deeper understanding of HR systems across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve support tickets within agreed SLA timeframes, prioritizing based on urgency
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and support HR teams across business units
- Perform regular system administrative tasks, including audits, user updates, and annual processes
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Workday upgrades and new functionality
- Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and HR to ensure effective system performance
- Support key events in the HR calendar, including performance reviews, bonus submissions, and progressions
- Analyse data to identify issues and maintain accuracy and integrity
- Build a thorough working knowledge of HR functions to strengthen system support across the business

What you'll bring
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve system or process issues
- Strong curiosity, quick learning ability, and independent research skills
- Confidence engaging with colleagues at all levels, across a global organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel and IT proficiency
- A degree with a focus in Human Resources
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR environment (generalist or HR systems experience preferred)
- Practical experience working with Workday HCM
- French fluency would be advantageous
