Non-Paid Internship for Human Resources

Role Overview

We are excited to present a non-paid internship opportunity for an ambitious HR Assistant. This position is tailored for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations within a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment. The intern will work in close collaboration with our HR team, providing essential support across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and critical HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and posting job advertisements to organizing candidate resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the seamless onboarding of new hires, including the preparation of employee handbooks, orientation materials, and welcome packages.
  • Contribute strategically to the development and implementation of new HR policies and operational procedures.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as virtual team-building activities and company wellness programs.
  • Maintain confidential employee records with meticulous attention to detail and assist in managing HR databases.
  • Provide efficient administrative support for all HR-related inquiries, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Participate in key HR projects, including research on industry best practices, benchmarking studies, and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

  • A keen interest in Human Resources, with a strong desire to learn and accelerate growth in this field.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, complemented by attention to detail.
  • The proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HR software and digital collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and fully capable of managing tasks independently within a remote work structure.
