About the Role
At Blackmont Consulting, you’ll contribute to a student-led international consulting organization focused on delivering practical, structured solutions to support organizations in improving decision-making, operational performance, and business outcomes.
The Opportunity
Blackmont Consulting is seeking Business Consultant Recruitment Assistants to support the recruitment pipeline and contribute to our collaborative, project-based work. This paid internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to develop skills in recruitment, analytics, and project coordination.
Key Duties Include
- Recruitment Support: Lead or assist the recruitment process for business consultants through LinkedIn, approved platforms, and student networks.
- Candidate Management: Maintain an updated Excel database of candidate contacts, including detailed tracking of statuses and follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration:
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings with Branch Managers to align on recruitment priorities and project oversight.
- Contribute to aligning recruitment strategies with overall project timelines and client demands.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist in compiling recruitment metrics and reporting insights to refine future recruitment efforts.
