Role Description
This is a remote, volunteer Human Resources Intern role. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities such as assisting with drafting and updating HR policies, maintaining HR documentation, and helping manage personnel records.

Responsibilities may include:


Get help with your application

- Supporting recruitment activities (posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews)
- Contributing to onboarding processes
- Assisting with the coordination of training or development initiatives
- Researching employee benefits practices
- Supporting internal communication on HR-related topics
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes
The role offers exposure to a fast-paced consulting environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge or coursework in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits or interest in learning these areas.
- Interest in Personnel Management and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., email, videoconferencing, shared documents).
