Blackmont Consulting’s Paris branch serves as a strategic hub for Blackmont’s growth across the French market. Located in one of Europe’s most dynamic business environments, the branch combines a strong performance culture with a hands-on, results-oriented approach. The team works closely with startups and growing organizations to support strategic and operational priorities. The Paris branch also focuses on developing emerging talent, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to Blackmont’s long-term presence in France. This environment offers motivated individuals the opportunity to gain practical experience and participate in meaningful projects.

Role Description

This is a remote, volunteer Human Resources Intern role. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities such as assisting with drafting and updating HR policies, maintaining HR documentation, and helping manage personnel records.

  • Supporting recruitment activities (posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews)
  • Contributing to onboarding processes
  • Assisting with the coordination of training or development initiatives
  • Researching employee benefits practices
  • Supporting internal communication on HR-related topics
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes

The role offers exposure to a fast-paced consulting environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge or coursework in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits or interest in learning these areas.
  • Interest in Personnel Management and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., email, videoconferencing, shared documents).
