Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations for the Crown Fund London Chapter in a full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining candidate records
  • Updating HR policies and documentation
  • Supporting onboarding activities
  • Tracking employee benefits and personnel data
  • Coordinating virtual training sessions
  • Preparing HR reports
  • Maintaining confidential records
  • Responding to routine HR-related inquiries

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in developing practical HR experience.
  • Ability to understand and support HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative team setting.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing); familiarity with HR or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in venture capital, startups, or funding ecosystems is an advantage.
