Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations for the Crown Fund London Chapter in a full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- Scheduling interviews
- Maintaining candidate records
- Updating HR policies and documentation
- Supporting onboarding activities
- Tracking employee benefits and personnel data
- Coordinating virtual training sessions
- Preparing HR reports
- Maintaining confidential records
- Responding to routine HR-related inquiries

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in developing practical HR experience.
- Ability to understand and support HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative team setting.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing); familiarity with HR or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in venture capital, startups, or funding ecosystems is an advantage.
