HR Manager | Romford | £60K | Hybrid | Financial Services

We're recruiting an experienced HR Manager to lead a high-performing HR function within a growing, multi-site organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll manage an established HR team of 8 including HRBP level, while partnering with senior leaders to deliver a people strategy that drives engagement, performance and business growth.

This is a broad, strategic role with plenty of operational variety. You'll lead on organisational change, complex ER, talent and succession planning, reward, employee engagement and workforce planning, whilst ensuring the HR function delivers an exceptional service across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading, coaching and developing an established HR team of 8.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the people agenda.
  • Driving organisational change, restructures and transformation projects.
  • Leading complex ER cases and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Developing leadership capability across the business.
  • Influencing reward, talent, succession planning and employee engagement strategies.
  • Using HR data and insights to support commercial decision making.
  • Overseeing recruitment, HR operations and Health & Safety compliance.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Team Management - essential.
  • Enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on HR leadership.
  • Has excellent UK employment law knowledge.
  • Has experience managing organisational change and transformation.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders.
