TOWN ADMINISTRATION-HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – Full-Time

Qualifications

The Town of Lancaster seeks a full-time (32 hours/week) Human Resources Manager. The position is an exempt, salaried position. It is benefitted and subject to the Personnel Policies and Procedures, and the Unclassified Employee Wage Grid, Grade H. The hourly equivalent salary range of this position is $36.37 to $47.59 per hour, with the anticipated starting hourly equivalent salary range is $36.37 to $42.28 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
