Immediate Start Required

About:

We're supporting a well-established organisation operating within the education and technology sector that is looking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Manager on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a broad, standalone HR role with genuine influence across the business, supporting senior leadership whilst driving operational HR excellence, employee engagement and people development.

The position has been created to strengthen the people function during a period of growth and change. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll lead the full employee lifecycle, provide expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment and learning & development, whilst helping to shape HR policies, improve processes and build a positive, high-performing culture.

The Role

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day HR function whilst partnering with managers across the organisation to provide proactive, commercial HR support. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational HR delivery with continuous improvement and people-focused initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
