Onsite working with flexibility

Up to £42,000

Full Time (Monday to Friday typically 8am - 4pm with flexibility)

SF Partners are exclusively supporting a well-established, owner-managed business in their search for an Interim HR Manager. With around c250 employees over 10 UK sites, this organisation operates within a predominantly blue collar environment, supported by a head office team. With excellent staff retention, long-serving employees, and pay rates above industry norms, the business has built a loyal workforce and strong reputation within its sector.

This is a standalone HR role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the people agenda while supporting the business through an exciting period of transformation and growth. This is a hands-on position that requires a pragmatic and resilient HR professional who is comfortable operating independently and influencing stakeholders across all levels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
