Human Resources Manager
HR Manager - Leeds
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to join our leadership team in Leeds. Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, supporting business growth, and creating an outstanding employee experience.
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering both strategic and operational HR support across the business. You'll ensure our people practices align with commercial objectives while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where they can influence decision-making at the highest level. You'll have the autonomy to lead the HR function while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

We are open to applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the CEO and CFO on people strategy and organisational development
- Leading recruitment, onboarding and talent attraction initiatives
- Managing employee relations, performance management and casework
- Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures and best practice
- Supporting learning and development initiatives across the business
- Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and retention
- Overseeing HR compliance and employment legislation
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers on all people matters
- Monitoring HR metrics and making recommendations to improve performance

About You:
You'll be an experienced HR professional with excellent commercial awareness and the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in a standalone or senior HR role
- Experience within professional services or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
This is a permanent, hybrid role offering c£60,000 per annum.
