Looking for a role that offers genuine flexibility without compromising on impact?
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR Manager to join our award-winning People Team on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days per week) with 2 days on-site.
The role offers the flexibility to spread your working days across the week, helping you achieve a healthy work-life balance while continuing to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Reporting to the People Experience & Social Impact Director, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, leading on employee relations, HR operations, compliance and people initiatives across the Group. Working closely with the Group Talent Director and SLT you'll help ensure our people practices remain compliant, commercially focused and centred around our greatest asset—our people.

The Role
This is a true generalist HR role, responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of HR across PrettyGreen Group.
You'll be the trusted adviser to managers and employees, leading on employee relations, HR operations, performance management, compliance and policy development.
Working alongside the Group Talent Director, you'll help shape a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring we continue to operate in line with UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

What You'll Bring
Essential
- Significant HR generalist experience within a fast-paced commercial environment (agency experience would be advantageous).
- Strong employee relations experience, including managing complex cases independently.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience coaching and advising managers at all levels.
- Experience managing HR operations, policies and compliance.
- Hands-on experience using HiBob HRIS is essential, including managing employee records, workflows and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to balance commercial priorities with delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
Please note: The salary displayed on LinkedIn is the full-time equivalent (FTE) salary. The successful candidate's salary will be pro rata, based on the agreed working pattern of 3–4 days per week.
