About Sight Acre

Sight Acre is a holding group with a difference. Rather than running one business, we govern a deliberately structured ecosystem of independent, non-competing platforms across renewable energy, modular accommodation, experiential hospitality, care and social housing. Each business operates on its own, but together they're building something bigger: a connected, sustainable way of living that’s designed to last.

About the Role

As the Group grows, so does the need for a proper HR function, and that’s where you come in. You’ll have the autonomy to build employee relations, recruitment, policy and process from scratch, and the influence to shape how people are managed across every company in the Group.

This full-time, office based role is in Bristol, with some travel to our other locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Advising managers on employee relations matters
  • Maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with UK employment law

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
