HR Manager - Private Equity
London
Catalyst is partnering with a leading private equity firm seeking a HR Manager. Operating a hands-on model, the firm works closely with portfolio leadership teams to drive performance and long-term value creation.
In this role you will sit at the centre of the firm’s people strategy across its UK portfolio. Focused on reward, HR policy, and employee relations, the role will support portfolio businesses in implementing commercially effective and legally robust HR frameworks. It offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence HR best practice across a diverse range of businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and advise on reward frameworks, including salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and benefits
- Support the development and standardisation of HR policies across portfolio businesses
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, restructuring, and complex casework
- Partner with HR teams and senior leadership to drive consistency and best practice
- Analyse HR and reward data to identify trends and support decision-making
Candidate Profile
- HR Manager with experience in reward, employee relations, or a broad generalist remit
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven experience in salary benchmarking and incentive design
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Strong stakeholder management skills; experience across multi-site or multi-business environments preferred
