Robert Half is partnering with a fast-growing, PE backed a Life Safety & Building Services organisation looking for a HR Manager to join the business in a standalone function based in London.
HR Manager
Location: Central London
Hybrid: (regular office presence)
The Role
We're looking for an ambitious, people-focused HR Manager to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our organisation.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, helping to build a high-performing culture while ensuring our people processes, policies and employee experience continue to evolve alongside the business.
No two days will be the same. One day you could be partnering with managers on organisational design, the next leading a recruitment campaign, implementing a new people initiative, supporting employee relations matters or analysing workforce data to influence business decisions.
If you're passionate about developing people, improving processes and creating an engaging workplace where individuals can do their best work, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
