Good One Deals UK Ltd is one of the UK's fastest-growing wholesale businesses, supplying thousands of products to retailers across the UK.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and help shape the future of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building people strategies, improving organisational culture, and taking ownership of HR operations within a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the company's HR function.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Advise senior management on employee relations and people matters.
  • Lead recruitment across operational, management, and leadership positions.
  • Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Develop learning and development programmes for employees.
  • Produce HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Significant experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Previous experience managing or leading an HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience developing HR policies, processes, and governance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-growing organisation.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
