Human Resources Manager

HR Business Partner (Hybrid) – Royston, Hertfordshire

About the Role

Our client, a well-established privately-owned business leading the global animal nutrition market, is seeking a passionate HR Business Partner to join their small HR team. Based in Royston, Hertfordshire, this hybrid role includes travel.

The team is transforming HR to align with their market-leading organisation, which operates across multiple geographies with approximately 150 employees.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a generalist HR professional, supporting the company’s evolving business needs across regions
  • Coaching and advising management on HR best practices, employee relations, and strategic decision-making
  • Building and reinforcement of organisational culture to drive engagement, talent development, and company values
