We're working with a well-regarded, international Law Firm that is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its People function and play a key role in shaping and enhancing HR service delivery across the business.
Salary – up to £70k
Hybrid approach – 2-3 days in office per week.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys driving change, improving processes and influencing stakeholders. The role offers the chance to lead a variety of transformation initiatives, help create more efficient and scalable people processes, and support the development of a high-performing, manager-led culture within a complex professional services environment.
Key duties will include:
- Leading a range of HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Reviewing existing people processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and employee experience.
- Driving improvements to employee relations frameworks and supporting the delivery of best-practice people solutions.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to implement new approaches to people management and organisational effectiveness.
- Developing tools, guidance and resources that enable managers to confidently navigate day-to-day people matters.
- Providing expert support on complex employee relations issues and advising on risk, compliance and best practice.
- Supporting the delivery of performance improvement initiatives and helping to embed a culture of accountability and development.
- Analysing people data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements and workforce enhancements.
- Partnering with specialist HR teams to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, policies and programmes.
- Leading initiatives designed to improve manager capability, increase self-service and streamline HR support models.
- Contributing to wider people projects and organisational change programmes as required.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high-quality service delivery.

The suitable HR Manager will possess strong HR generalist and employee relations experience, alongside a proven track record of delivering process improvement, operational change or transformation projects. Candidates should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, a commercial approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence and coach managers at all levels.
