Role: Human Resources Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Job Type: Part-Time

Payout: $10 - $36/hour


Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an HR Expert to support workforce management on a part-time basis. The role involves addressing employee inquiries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates must have prior experience in human resources or a related field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
