Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Part-Time Payout: $10 – $36/hour
Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an HR Expert to support workforce management on a part-time basis. The role involves:
- Addressing employee inquiries
- Maintaining HR records
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Candidates must demonstrate prior experience in human resources or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions regarding:
- Benefits
- Policies
- Company procedures
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including:
- Personnel files
- Documentation
- Assist with:
- Onboarding processes for new employees
- Offboarding processes for departing employees
- Monitor compliance with:
- Federal labor laws
- State labor laws
- Local labor regulations
- Collaborate with management to:
- Address workplace issues
- Suggest process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
- Experience with HR information systems or databases (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Prior experience in a similar HR support role (mandatory)
