HR Manager Bunzl Retail & Packaging Division Location: Home-based with regular travel across the UK (minimum 3 days per week) Salary : £50,000 - £53,000 + Bonus + Car

About the Role Bunzl Retail & Packaging Division is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Packaging businesses. Working closely with senior leaders, you will deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service, drive employee engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities • Partner with leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals. • Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle. • Manage employee relations matters and support recruitment activities. • Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning. • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives. • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making. • Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You • Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor role. • Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills. • Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation. • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience. • Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
