Join Our Team
Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an organisation that supports autistic children and young people, their families, and the professionals who work with them across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
The successful candidate will provide professional HR support across a broad range of people management activities, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, attendance management, policy implementation, learning and development, and HR administration.
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our people practices reflect our values of respect, inclusion, continuous improvement and excellence.

Salary: £35,235 – £37,938 per annum
