Human Resources Officer
HR Officer
Location: London
Working Pattern: Office-based (5 days per week)
We're recruiting for an HR Officer to join a busy and collaborative HR team, providing generalist HR support across multiple UK sites and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
You'll work closely with managers and employees, providing HR advice and guidance, supporting onboarding, probation, contract changes, employee relations, absence management, HR reporting, and ensuring HR policies and processes are delivered consistently.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employee lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
