Build the HR operating system that powers our people and growth
We’re looking for a HR Operations Manager who can enable high-performance by turning multiple manual people workflows into automation, build reports and turn people data into real business intelligence to inform business, client and people growth.
What you’ll be doing…
You won’t just be “maintaining tools.” You’ll be building the infrastructure that enables scale across the team. HR Ops really is the heart of a people team, brilliant basics around data management, systems, process and service provision are core requirements of an effective and scalable people operations function.
This role touches every part of the business and has direct impact on how fast and effectively they grow.
Employee Lifecycle management
You’ll own and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding and offboarding that feels polished, compliant, and human
- Contract changes, promotions, salary reviews, and role changes
- Probation processes, lifecycle check-ins, and exits
- Ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and well-documented
- Feed relevant information to payroll and finance as needed.
- Liaise with benefit providers and also lead benefit renewal discussions internally.
- Importantly you will run the internal development process monthly ensuring the data is captured, analysed and used as needed.
Systems, data and analytics
- Act as the owner and power user of their HRIS HiBob, ensuring data integrity and best-in-class configuration
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights across headcount, attrition, demographics, performance, engagement, and absence
- Translate people data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Continuously improve how we capture, analyse, and use people data

Growth & scale
- Design people operations that scale with the business, not break under growth
- Spot risks and gaps early and fix them before they become issues
- Bring structure, rigour, and calm to periods of change
Compliance & operational excellence
- Ensure policies, processes, and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Support employee relations matters with strong process discipline and attention to detail, where required
- Be a safe pair of hands when it really matters
- Partner closely with leadership, finance, and managers to keep people operations running smoothly
- Anticipate issues before they arise and propose smart solutions
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
About You…
- You’ll have strong end-to-end People Operations experience across the full employee lifecycle
- You’ll be delivery-focused, with a drive for results, without compromising quality
- Is genuinely tech-savvy and comfortable working with HR systems and data
- Has hands-on experience with HiBob (this is very important)
- Enjoys reporting, dashboards, and people analytics — and knows how to turn data into insight
- Has exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Highly collaborative and calm under pressure
- Is proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
- Thinks commercially and understands the realities of a growing business
- Is confident working autonomously and owning their remit
