π P&C Operations & Advisory Lead | Global HR Transformation
Location: Pangbourne (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 Months
Travel: Approximately 10% (business dependent)

Are you an experienced HR Operations leader with a passion for building world-class people services?
We are seeking a P&C Operations & Advisory Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a new global People & Culture operating model for a major international organisation. This is a rare opportunity to lead the design and implementation of a standalone global HR service delivery function while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and implementation of a global P&C Operations & Advisory model.
- Establishing scalable HR service delivery processes and governance frameworks.
- Managing outsourced partners and third-party service providers to ensure best-in-class delivery.
- Driving performance management, case management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Delivering operational insights, workforce planning recommendations, and service metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Leading a global team while managing budgets, risk, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting organisational change activities as part of a significant business transformation programme.
What We're Looking For
- β 15+ years of HR experience with significant leadership responsibility.
- β Proven experience leading global HR Operations, Shared Services, People Services, or HR Service Delivery functions.
- β Strong background in outsourced service models, vendor management, and service governance.
- β Experience designing and implementing HR operating models within complex multinational environments.
- β Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
- β Knowledge of HR systems, employee relations, workforce analytics, GDPR, and compliance requirements.
