Our client is a global employer, seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Operations Coordinator to support HR operations across various global regions. This varied role is ideal for an experienced HR support professional with strong payroll and HR administration expertise who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining employee records, supporting employee benefits administration, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and providing first-class support to employees and internal stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end UK payroll, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, deductions and pension administration.
- Coordinate payroll data for other global entities, liaising with external payroll providers and validating payroll calculations before processing.
- Ensure payroll transactions, employee changes, new starters and leavers are processed accurately and on time.
- Administer employee benefits, supporting enrolments, amendments, renewals and employee communications across applicable regions.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries, delivering an excellent employee experience.
- Prepare employment contracts, contractual amendment letters and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, produce management reports and ensure compliance with local employment legislation.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data, improve processes and support HR operational activities.

Education & Skills Required

- Previous experience within HR operations, payroll and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
- Good understanding of employment legislation and payroll compliance requirements across multiple regions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
