We're working with a well-regarded, global Law Firm that is looking to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager to join its People team on a fixed-term basis for a minimum of 6 months. This role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing performance management initiatives, processes, and projects across an international business.
Salary – competitive.
Hybrid approach – 3 days in office per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong project management and performance management experience to join a highly respected firm. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of HR and business stakeholders to drive key people initiatives, improve performance frameworks and processes, and help shape a modern, effective approach to employee performance and development.
Key duties will include:
- Leading and supporting the delivery of key HR and performance-related projects, programmes, and annual review cycles.
- Assisting with the continued development and enhancement of performance management frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Partnering with internal HR teams to ensure successful implementation of people initiatives across the business.
- Creating and delivering engaging communications that promote understanding and adoption of performance practices and programmes.
- Collaborating with Learning & Development teams to develop resources that support employee capability, feedback culture, and performance improvement.
- Producing reports, analysing performance data, and delivering meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the use of HR technology, systems, and AI tools to enhance employee and manager experiences.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, recommending more efficient and innovative ways of working.
- Supporting the successful delivery of firmwide people programmes through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.

The suitable HR Project Manager will possess proven experience delivering HR or performance management initiatives within a large, complex organisation. Candidates should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, strong analytical capability, experience working with HR systems and data, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
