Human Resources Project Manager
Are you an experienced HR Transformation professional who thrives on driving meaningful change? We’re looking for a HR Transformation Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful people initiatives that enhance organisational capability, employee experience, and operational efficiency. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work across the business to shape and implement key HR transformation programmes—including system implementations, automation, and organisational change. The Role You’ll be responsible for leading multiple HR transformation and change projects end-to-end, ensuring they are effectively scoped, delivered on time, and aligned with business strategy. You’ll combine strong project management expertise with change leadership to successfully implement initiatives such as HRIS solutions (e.g., Dayforce), workforce transformation, and culture change programmes. Key Responsibilities Project & Programme Delivery Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple HR transformation projects simultaneously Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business strategy Develop and maintain structured project plans, governance, and milestones Track progress, risks, and issues, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders Deliver projects on time and within budget HR Transformation Lead key initiatives including: HRIS/system implementations (e.g., Dayforce or similar) Process automation and digital transformation Workforce planning and restructuring Ensure alignment with wider organisational and people strategies Data, Reporting & Insights Track KPIs and measure success of transformation initiatives Produce dashboards and reports to inform decision-making Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and vendors Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change impact and people risks Facilitate governance forums and steering committees Influence and manage expectations at all levels of the organisation Change & Communication Develop and execute effective communication strategies Deliver workshops, engagement sessions, and briefings Ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout transformation programmes Risk & Continuous Improvement Identify and mitigate project and people-related risks early Escalate issues appropriately and manage organisational challenges Embed lessons learned and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience About You We’re looking for someone who brings: Proven experience delivering HR systems and digital transformation projects Hands-on experience implementing an HRIS in a global environment (Dayforce desirable) Strong project/programme management expertise (PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong communication, facilitation, and engagement capabilities A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Expertise in risk and issue management What We Offer Join a team that values diversity, collaboration, and growth.
