At Blackmont, teams perform analytical project work to support organizations in improving decision-making, operational performance, and business outcomes.

Key Duties Include
- Conducting the recruitment process for business consultants through LinkedIn and approved channels.
- Maintaining an updated Excel record of candidate contacts and status details.
- Attending weekly coordination meetings with the Branch Manager.

The Program
We select qualified students to support defined consulting and recruitment activities for active project teams.
Candidate selection is based on skills, reliability, and role fit. Previous experience is helpful but not required.
