About Us

This is an opportunity to join a well-established and respected artist and project management agency.

Innovation, expertise, and responsiveness have been the hallmarks of HarrisonParrott ever since its foundation in 1969 when Jasper Parrott and Terry Harrison pioneered a new approach to artist and project management. Today, that restless and challenging spirit is as strong as ever.

We operate internationally through the HarrisonParrott Group and associated companies, with offices in London, Munich, Paris, and Madrid. While our main focus is classical music, we also work with other art forms, including ballet and theatre, and have an in-house boutique agency, Polyarts, that manages artists from a wider range of music genres.

We seek people who match our ambition and who are keen to play a key role in the future of the Arts.

Job Purpose

To provide effective, responsive, and professional HR generalist support across HarrisonParrott and its associated companies. They will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR systems, compliance, and policy implementation, ensuring that people processes, documentation, and records are managed consistently, accurately, and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

Working closely with an external HR consultancy, the role will support the delivery of strategic people initiatives while drawing on specialist expertise for complex employee relations matters, organizational change, employment law advice, and broader people strategy. The postholder will act as a trusted partner to managers, helping to foster a positive workplace culture and delivering a high-quality HR service that supports the organization's long-term objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
