Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

£24-26ph via umbrella

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a stable role within a professional environment? A leading facilities management organisation is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Engineer to support planned and reactive maintenance across their Coventry site.

As An HVAC Engineer, You Will

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Complete servicing, inspections, fault finding, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain and repair AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation systems, and associated plant equipment.
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with health & safety procedures.
  • Complete maintenance records, reports, and job sheets accurately.
  • Support site operations by ensuring HVAC systems remain fully operational.
  • Work closely with site teams, contractors, and other engineers when required.

  • Previous experience working as an HVAC Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building services maintenance.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault finding.
  • Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
  • A professional approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
