£24-26ph via umbrella
Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a stable role within a professional environment? A leading facilities management organisation is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Engineer to support planned and reactive maintenance across their Coventry site.
As An HVAC Engineer, You Will
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Complete servicing, inspections, fault finding, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Diagnose faults and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Maintain and repair AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation systems, and associated plant equipment.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with health & safety procedures.
- Complete maintenance records, reports, and job sheets accurately.
- Support site operations by ensuring HVAC systems remain fully operational.
- Work closely with site teams, contractors, and other engineers when required.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

- Previous experience working as an HVAC Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building services maintenance.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault finding.
- Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
- A professional approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
