HVAC Install Technician (Residential)

Ready to do clean, quality installs and earn well while doing it? Standard Heating & Air is growing, and we're seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in doing the job correctly.

What You'll Do as an HVAC Install Technician
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork per minimum standards and installation manual requirements
- Create a customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Communicate professionally throughout the installation process and ensure customers are fully prepared to operate their new HVAC system
- Perform start-up and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation; complete and sign the Safety, Quality, and Assurance Report
- Adhere to safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
- Complete the post-install checklist accurately
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and communicate any issues to the Project Management Team

Requirements
What We're Looking For in an HVAC Install Technician
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead installer
- EPA certification required
- Journeyman gas fitter a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment; work in various job-site conditions

Pay & Incentives
- $25–$32 per hour, based on experience
- Incentive plan paid per completed install
- Tool Account – no-interest loan up to $800
