Job Summary
Expertise in coordinating the delivery of MEP design documents, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing activities across all project phases. Experienced in the preparation of engineering documents such as method statements, equipment schedules, Material Approval Requests (MAR), pre-commissioning checklists, and commissioning reports. Proficient in reviewing engineering drawings including HVAC layouts, CHW piping and ducting layouts, interconnection diagrams for client approval. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including ASHRAE, ASTM, NFPA, and IEC.

- Design HVAC and mechanical systems including air conditioning, ventilation, HVAC Control Panel and BMS.
- Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, QTO, cost analysis, and technical evaluations.
- Prepare design documents, reports, and drawings as per company's standards and formats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards such as ASTM, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal MEP/architectural/structural teams.
- Lead and guide draftsmen and HVAC Supervisors to deliver quality work within timelines.
- Use design software such as AutoCAD, HAP, and sizing tools effectively.
- Prepare SLDs, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and perform load calculations.
- Conduct clash detection, coordination reviews, and propose practical design solutions.
- Visit project sites to review installations and coordinate with execution teams.
- Support estimation and tendering activities while ensuring timely project submissions.

Requirements
- 6+ years experience
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.TECH MECHANICAL
- ADNOC Experience Is Mandatory
- ADNOC OFFSHORE PROJECT
