Requirements
What You’ll Do as an HVAC Service Technician
- Run residential service calls (diagnose, repair, and maintain systems)
- Present options and solutions to homeowners
- Deliver a 5-star experience on every call
- Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
- Stay efficient, organized, and customer-focused
What We’re Looking For in an HVAC Service Technician
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential HVAC service technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with sales and presenting options
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Someone who wants to stay busy and make money
