Role Summary
As a Workshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our workshop operates at the highest standards of excellence. Your leadership will drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across all operations, supporting the wider business and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This is a hands-on, dynamic position where you’ll oversee stock quality, manage rework projects, and lead a skilled team to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Hydrocarbon Training certification
- Category 1 F-Gas qualification (City & Guilds 2079)
- CSCS Skills Card
Skills/Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Take ownership of CPG finished goods and warranty claim returns, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.
- Conduct and report on finished goods inspections, maintaining top-tier quality standards.
- Deliver stock enhancements and modifications to support sales initiatives and customer requirements.
- Manage refrigerant charging operations for finished goods ready for sale.
- Test and diagnose faulty goods, providing clear and actionable reports.
- Investigate and report on quality issues, collaborating with factories and customers to drive improvements.
- Lead stock rework programs and ensure timely, efficient execution.
- Conduct new product and prototype testing, contributing to innovation.
