The Role

As a Hybrid Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll attend pre-booked, qualified appointments at customers’ homes across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. You’ll carry out home assessments, survey properties, provide tailored quotations, discuss finance options, and help customers choose the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend warm, pre-booked customer appointments.
  • Carry out home assessments and property surveys.
  • Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain finance options where appropriate.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through to sale.
  • Process customer payments and complete sales documentation.
  • Travel between customer appointments across your allocated area.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence in building rapport and closing sales.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
