To support the continued growth of Lenovo’s Large Enterprise business within the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), we are looking for a motivated Hybrid Sales Representative to manage and grow an existing portfolio of enterprise customers in the UK. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model, combining virtual engagement with regular face-to-face customer interactions within a defined territory (UK South or UK North). The role is well suited for a sales professional with experience in End User Computing (EUC) who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage customer relationships within a defined Large Enterprise territory, acting as the primary point of contact Execute account growth and retention plans to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction Drive incremental business through proactive sales planning and opportunity management Position Lenovo’s commercial client device portfolio in alignment with customer needs Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in CRM tools Collaborate with ISSR sales support teams on quoting, order management, and customer processes Conduct regular virtual and face-to-face customer meetings, including business reviews Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver shared revenue and profitability goals
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Proven experience in sales or account management within IT, technology, or End User Computing Solid understanding of commercial client devices and modern workplace environments Experience working with CRM systems and standard business productivity tools Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customer-facing confidence Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a matrixed organisation Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned UK territory
