Hydraulics Technician – Fixed Term Contract
Alpine F1 Team have a unique opportunity to join our Hydraulics Team. This role will undertake the assembly, servicing, and testing of hydraulic system components—including powertrain hydraulics, PAS (Pressure Accumulator System), collectors, pumps, DRS (Drag Reduction System), and all associated components—ensuring they are delivered to the team at the track.
This position enable individuals to play a critical role in our relentless pursuit of excellence, supporting a championship-contending team.
## The Role
Responsibilities
Based at our Enstone facility, the Hydraulics Technician’s responsibilities include:
- Assembly, testing, and servicing of new and in-service hydraulic components, meeting specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Assembly and maintenance of heat rejection components.
- Ensuring compliance with ERP processes (e.g., dynamics, work-to-lists), stock management, and factory systems for all work completed.
- Delivering hydraulic components to the highest standards throughout their lifecycle, prioritising right-first-time, on-time delivery.
- Collaborating closely with the Design & Engineering department to improve assembly procedures in alignment with company vision and objectives.
- Maintaining high standards of equipment, rigs, and workstation organisation, ensuring a safe and streamlined environment.
- Ensuring reliable component delivery to internal and external dyno rigs, supporting internal and external testing as required.
- Escalating potential issues that could affect quality or timelines.
- Contributing to team development and fostering knowledge sharing across all departments.

Technical Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic system build, service, and repair, including factory testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of fuel system and heat rejection component operation.
- Proficient knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard assembly methodologies.
