About Alpine F1 Team
Alpine F1 Team offers a unique opportunity to join their Hydraulics Team in their relentless pursuit of excellence. The fixed-term contract role will focus on the maintenance, testing, and assembly of key components for racing cars, working towards championship-contending standards.
The Role
Based in Enstone, UK, the Hydraulics Technician is responsible for:
- Assembly, servicing, and testing of hydraulics components (powertrain hydraulics, PAS, collectors, pumps, and DRS), as well as heat rejection and low-pressure fuel systems.
- Ensuring compliance with ERP workflows, stock management, and factory systems for all work.
- Delivering high-quality hydraulic components in alignment with project specifications, ensuring right-first-time and on-time delivery.
- Collaborating with the Design & Engineering team to improve assembly procedures and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Operating within strict health and safety protocols—maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Supporting dyno rig testing for both in-house and external programs, escalating issues that may impact delivery or quality.
- Fostering cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharing to drive continuous improvement.

Technical Requirements
- Advanced hydraulics knowledge spanning build, service, repair, and performance testing.
- Strong grasp of fuel and heat rejection systems’ operation and functioning.
- Compliance with safety regulations (e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act) and adherence to relevant assembly methodologies.
- Experience with automotive/racing component workflows, ideally in a high-pressure environment.

Alpine F1 Team hails from a proud motorsport legacy. Originally a rallying brand founded in 1955, it evolved into a global competitor in endurance racing (including the 1978 Le Mans 24 Hours win) before entering Formula One in 2021.
