Hydrotherapist (Band 3 Equivalent)
Location: Holy Cross Hospital, Outpatient Physiotherapy Department, Haslemere, GU27 1NQ
Hours: Part-time (0.2 FTE), weekdays
Contract: Permanent, employed
Closing Date: 24th July 2026
Interviews: Week commencing 27th July 2026
We are seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our dynamic MSK outpatients’ team as a Hydrotherapist, providing rehabilitation and ongoing therapy to adult patients in our physiotherapy clinic at Holy Cross Rehabilitation Hospital.
About the Role
You will work with physiotherapy team members to provide practical and therapeutic interventions, including:
- Facilitating warm water exercise sessions within our hydrotherapy pool
- Delivering care to patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
- Operating in a one-to-one or group setting
You’ll be part of a friendly and skilled team, actively contributing to:
- Service development
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining high clinical standards

You will be accountable for delivering patient care aligned with hospital values of Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, and Well Led.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the physiotherapy team
- Provide tailored hydrotherapy interventions
- Support patient rehabilitation in both individual and group settings
- Engage in continuous quality improvement projects
- Adhere to clinical protocols, governing safety, effectiveness, and responsiveness
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience or enthusiasm for hydrotherapy (training provided if required)
- Strong desire to supervise, teach, and support colleagues
- Clear enhanced DBS check (compulsory)
