About the Role
As our Hygiene Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the night hours. You’ll lead the hygiene team with a friendly and proactive approach, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and exceeded. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about food safety who enjoys working in a close-knit team.

- Oversee all hygiene operations during nightshift, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Lead and support the night hygiene team with a positive, encouraging leadership style
- Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues
- Keep up to date with best practices and help implement improvements
- Report on hygiene performance and share insights with senior management
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Availability to work permanent night shifts
- 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment (with ideal experience during night shifts)
- Experience managing large teams, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields are beneficial but not essential
