Hygiene Manager – Night Shift – Hygiene Focus Area

As our Hygiene Manager, you’ll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the night shift. You’ll lead the hygiene team with a friendly and proactive approach, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and exceeded. - Overseeing all hygiene operations during night shifts, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Leading and supporting the night hygiene team with a positive and encouraging leadership style
- Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards
- Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues
- Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements
- Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Availability to work permanent night shifts
- 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment, ideally on night shifts
- Experience managing large teams, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields are beneficial but not essential
