Hygiene Operative
Hygiene Operative – Food Manufacturing Environment
Location: [Location not specified] Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off Shift Hours: 06:00 – 18:00 (includes 0.5-hour unpaid break)
About the Role
We are looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our team and support our client’s food manufacturing site. Cleanliness and high hygiene standards are critical in this role, ensuring our clients’ workspaces remain safe, travelling to prevent any risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning to food industry standards, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and areas meet strict hygiene protocols.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Adhering to safety protocols, including the use of heavy industrial equipment, specialist chemicals, and working at heights where required.
- Ensuring a clean, safe environment that differentiates the health and safety of both colleagues and customers.

Main Ropequisites
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- Experience in cleaning or food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to work at height (where required).
- COSHH and IOSH training is highly desirable.
