Hygiene Operative - Spalding
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Spalding. You will be working for the client in Spalding.
Shift Patterns
- 5 days out of 7:
- Hygiene Op: 13:30 - 22:00
- Abattoir Op: 06:30 - 15:30
- Hanging Hall Op: 05:30 - 14:30
- Packing Op: 07:30 - 16:00
Pay Rates
- £13.22 hourly
Essential Requirements for Hygiene Operative
- Role is physically demanding, so needs to be physically fit
Desirable Requirements for Hygiene Operative
- PPT licence would be a benefit

Your Role for Hygiene Operative
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the production facility
- Clean and sanitize machinery and equipment following strict safety protocols
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently according to guidelines
- Support the food manufacturing team in ensuring a safe production environment
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
