Join our Hygiene team at South Quay and grow your knowledge and skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
The Role
We are recruiting Hygiene Operatives to support our 68 hour cleaning schedule. You will carry out assigned duties, following trained methodology to safely achieve the appropriate hygiene standards across the production area.
Monday to Friday, 22:00-06:00
£14.58 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Champion clean-as-you-go practices and maintain good manufacturing practices in your assigned area.
- Carry out machinery hygiene checks in accordance with company protocols.
- Complete all tasks outlined on the task allocation sheet to the agreed standard.
- Maintain high hygiene standards and actively participate in hygiene and food safety audits.
- Ensure uniforms and PPE are clean, well maintained and worn at all times.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of toilet areas, canteen and locker rooms.

The Ideal Candidate
- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent.
- Awareness of chemicals and COSHH regulations.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety essentials.
- A reliable team player committed to role modelling high standards.
