Full Time Hygiene Operative (Linton, Night Shift)
Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £700 per week!
Balanced Schedule: Shift pattern runs from 9.30 pm – 6.00 am (Saturday to Wednesday), offering flexibility.
Training: Successful applicants complete a training period (Monday to Friday) before transitioning to permanent shifts.

About The Role
As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll be a key member of our night shift cleaning team, ensuring all workspaces and facilities meet the highest hygiene standards while following strict health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent technical hygiene performance across all operational areas
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to compliance standards
Requirements
- Preferred: Previous experience in a relevant hygiene/cleaning role
- Advantageous: Understanding of Basic Food Hygiene & HACCP principles
- Must demonstrate a proactive attitude with a focus on improvement & best practices
- Requires ability to work both independently & collaboratively
Qualifications
A relevant degree or technical certificate is desirable but not mandatory.
